This tweak disables the balloon reminder that appears frequently prompting users to obtain a Microsoft Passport.
[Start] --> [Run] --> Type Regedit --> Press Enter --> then Navigate to following key.
Registry Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MessengerService
Modify/Create the Value Data Type(s) and Value Name(s) as detailed below.
Data Type: REG_BINARY [Binary Value] // Value Name: PassportBalloon
Modify the Value Name [PassportBalloon] according to the Value Data listed below.
Value Data: [Change Value to 0A 00 00 00]
Exit Registry and Reboot
