This tweak disables the floating toolbar that appears in Internet Explorer allowing an image to be Saved, E-mailed, or Printed.
[Start] --> [Run] --> Type Regedit --> Press Enter --> then Navigate to following key.
Registry Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Photo Support
Modify/Create the Value Data Type(s) and Value Name(s) as detailed below.
Data Type: REG_DWORD // Value Name: MyPics_Hoverbar
Setting for Value Data: [0 = Disabled / 1 = Enabled]
Exit Registry and Reboot
